I do not double book. - Professionally home based. Not wheelchair accessible. - Shampoo services are offered and recommended for optimal hair care - NO extra guests while being serviced. - Running late? I allow a 15 minute grace period. - NO CALL NO SHOWS will be banned. - If I have to reschedule your date or change your appointment out further than 60 mins from your appointment time for my own personal reasons you will be given a $25 courtesy discount without any excuses. 🔒LOC CLIENTS - Virtual Consultations are Mandatory for ALL New Loc Clients. Please do not schedule your initial service until your consultation has been completed to avoid having to cancel if you are not accepted as a new client. ℹ️ REFUND POLICY: Due to the time and materials involved, I have a strict no refund policy.
