I am looking forward to meeting you! ℹ️ REFUND POLICY: Due to the time and materials involved, I have a strict no refund policy for all hair services. I strive to provide the highest quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with your service, please notify me within 48 hours so we can address them promptly. **DEPOSITS are NON REFUNDABLE** ℹ️ NEED TO KNOW : - I Provide Services for Women and Children 5yrs + -Every Service is personal, set aside just for you. I do not double book. - I am Located on the second floor. Not wheelchair accessible. - Free beverages, snacks, wifi and subscription services for your enjoyment. - Clients must arrive with their hair washed and blow dried unless the service specifically states "shampoo services are included". - NO extra guests while being serviced - Hair is included with EVERY service unless otherwise stated. - If a style isn't on the list of services it is not offered. - Hairstyles cannot be changed once you arrive for your appointment due to time and supply management. - Squeeze in appointments are not available but you can add yourself to my wait-list to be notified of any cancellations. - After your first visit you will no longer be required to provide a deposit (except for styles that may fill the schedule for the day) - Running late? 15 minutes grace, please call or text to let me know. After 30 minutes of no contact it's considered NO CALL NO SHOW. You will be required to pay deposits for every appointment thereafter. - If you know you're one that usually arrives a bit late, please do not book the first appointment of the day. You will set my whole day back. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If your cancellation fee payment fails, you will be banned from booking again until it is paid.
